As one of the top hotels in NYC with a pool open year-round, our indoor saltwater lap pool is available during the following hours:
Monday through Thursday: 5:30am – 9:30 pm
Fridays: 5:30am – 8:30pm
Weekends: 7:00am – 8:30pm
No reservations are required for any of our pools – they are first come, first serve for Equinox club members and hotel guests aged 18 and older.
*Please contact the hotel for additional pool policies. During peak time periods, a 90-minute time limit at the pool will be imposed.
