What to expect at the global sleep symposium

Join Dr. Matthew Walker for a keynote conversation on how sleep shapes human performance, influencing focus, decision-making, and creativity both in the workplace and in everyday life.

Hear from Dr, Matthew Walker, Dr. Eric Potterat, Dr. Kirk Parsley, and Dr. Emily Morse for an interdisciplinary discussion on the cutting-edge science of sleep and human performance.

Drawing from neuroscience, chronobiology, physiology, and behavioral psychology, this panel uncovers how sleep governs cognitive function, emotional resilience, hormonal regulation, recovery, and intimate health. Attendees will leave with evidence-based strategies and actionable insights to optimize rest, enhance performance, and fundamentally transform how they approach their days and nights.

Step beyond the main stage and into an intimate, salon-style experience where guests can engage directly with each speaker. This is your chance to ask questions, dive deeper into their research, and receive personalized insights on optimizing sleep, recovery, and performance.

End the evening with an immersive sound experience led by Johnny Venus, Grammy-nominated artist and member of EarthGang. Using immersive live music, rhythm, and layered soundscapes, Johnny Venus guides guests through a transformative auditory journey designed to relax the mind, release tension, and elevate energy.

Experience the power of music as medicine, harmonizing body and mind in a deeply restorative, unforgettable way.
